4. **Product Ordering and Order Confirmation**

5. **Cancellation Results Not Due to Defect or Mismatch:**

2.5 The consumer must send the package to the location indicated by customer service. Once the package arrives, we will check its condition and contents. If the return is approved by us, we will process a refund according to the site's policy.

5.6 Orders placed from friday at 18:00 until sunday evening will be processed on monday morning, for packing and shipment.

7.6 The collection of the package and tracking updates from the courier companies are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8.6 In cases where a package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, despite the tracking page indicating the package has arrived at the destination, no refund will be given for the products.
7. **Limitation of Liability**
1.7 The site clarifies that there may be differences between images and the actual product, as products are displayed on a computer screen, and there may be color differences due to lighting changes during photography.
