To initiate a return, please contact customer service via email at:
- If a product arrives defective, the consumer must send clear documentation to customer service via email. After review and approval from the company’s management:
- The consumer must send the package to the location specified by customer service. Once the package arrives, we will examine its condition and contents. If the return is approved by us, we will process a refund according to the site's terms and conditions.
- According to the Consumer Protection Law in UK, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction amount or will be charged to the customer.
- The refund will be processed within approximately 30 business days from the date the refund eligibility is confirmed by the relevant review team. The customer will receive their money back, minus the cancellation fee of 5% of the product's value or 100 £, whichever is lower, as stipulated in the terms.
- Shipping costs for sending products to the site’s shipping center will be the responsibility of the purchaser. The refund for the product does not include shipping fees.
- In the case of returning a product, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to the original shipping address (the main supplier) and for covering the shipping costs or any additional costs required to return the product to the supplier before the financial credit is issued.
