Warranty:
- All products on the site come with a 12-month warranty. Please retain your order confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.
- Without these, we reserve the right to reject any claims under this warranty. Additionally, please note that the warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferable in the event of resale.
- This warranty covers damages incurred to the product when used correctly and appropriately, according to the user instructions. The products must maintain their original condition throughout the warranty period.
- Warranty claims will not be honored for products that have been subject to unusual use or physical damage. This includes: breaks, cuts, tears, liquid damage, dirt, stains, or odors resulting from improper care of the products.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the product, at the sole discretion of the company.
- To submit a warranty claim:
1. A brief written description and a photo of the issue or condition that you believe constitutes a defect.
2. Proof of purchase (such as your order number, a photo of the order confirmation, or a receipt).
- At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to request additional photos or information before accepting a specific warranty claim.
- This warranty does not grant you the right to a refund. It only covers exchanges, repairs, and upgrades related to warranty claims.
