Shipping times are 4-8 business days

Subject to the relevant provisions of this policy, in the event of a delay in the delivery of a product to the customer, the customer shall be entitled to cancel the transaction after the item is returned to the sender, in accordance with the relevant provisions of this policy.
2.7 From the moment of order, the delivery time to the customer is up to 12 business days, including the order processing time and transfer to shipment, which is up to 72 hours.
3.7 In some cases, there may be delays or unforeseen changes, such as delays caused by courier companies, or other parties involved in the process. The website team does not take responsibility for delays caused by yunexpress /Exelot courier companies. If the customer is dissatisfied with the delivery times, they should contact the courier company.
4.7 There may be delays of up to 20 business days from the date of shipment. In such cases, the customer should contact customer service, and we will provide a solution based on the situation.
5.7 Orders placed from friday at 18:00 until sunday evening will be processed on monday morning, for packing and shipment.
6.7 Business days are working days, excluding Saturdays, sundays and holidays.
7.7 The collection of the package and tracking updates from the courier companies are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8.7 In cases where a package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, despite the tracking page indicating the package has arrived at the destination, no refund will be given for the products.
