In today’s reality we are surrounded by technology, we use screens in our day to day life which has affected our posture and a result of that- our health.
That’s where our posture corrector comes in! Using our posture corrector 15 minutes a day, can train your body to stand upright and stretch the muscles that have shortened with time.
only 15 minuts a day!
Poor posture has many dangers:
Back pain:
when the back is curved, the vertebrae T1-T12 are under constant stress that causes damage in the area. They erode the nerves between them and squeeze and press on the intervertebral discs. Similarly, in L1-L5 in the lower back, the same case occurs.
Neck pain:
Tilting your neck forward puts too much weight on the vertebrae and on the muscles surrounding it, this strains the neck and causes pain.
Shoulder problems:
Shoulders that tilt forward create many problems such as strain in the AC joint area, Shoulder joint (at the connection point between the chest and shoulder), where pressure from the aforementioned bone will be exerted on muscle fibers, nerves, and tendons, leading to inflammation, pain, and dislocations.
Three Stages of Adaptation:
• First Week:
The back and spine need to adjust to their new position. We recommend
wearing the posture corrector for no more than 10 minutes a day.
• Second Week:
The body becomes familiar with the posture corrector and the stiff muscles begin to stretch. We now recommend trying to occasionally sit straight without the posture corrector, developing a habit to sit correctly without any help of the belt.
• Third Week and after:
Continue to wear the poster corrector for at least 15 minutes a day.
Pay attention to your posture throughout the day and try maintaining the
correct sitting position. This involves muscle memory and habit development, which will help the physical aspect of improving your posture.
